Helping studios spend less time on spreadsheets and more time teaching

StudioWhirl started when our founding team, who managed a small yoga studio in Austin, spent a weekend manually calculating instructor pay from months of attendance spreadsheets. We realized every studio we knew was solving the same problem with a patchwork of booking apps, payment links, and paper sign-in sheets, none of which talked to each other.

So we set out to build the thing studios actually needed: one platform that handles scheduling, bookings, memberships, and instructor payouts together, so the money and the calendar are never out of sync. We just opened our doors, and we're working closely with our first studios to get every detail right.
